Dr. Michael Minett has been a licensed
Chiropractor since 1997.

Dr. Michael Minett has been freeing people from pain since 2000 in his clinic in Boca Raton, Florida. As a Chiropractor with experience, he is committed to promoting the health and well being of his patients.

Dr. Minett uses a "whole person approach" when taking care of his patients. By combining the very best hands-on-technique, instrument adjusting, state of the art physiotherapy procedures, and providing the newest and best natural vitamins and mineral supplements on the market today, Dr. Minett is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. Dr. Michael Minett is originally from Long Island, New York.  He received his bacholor of science degree in Biology at the State University of New York at Stony Brook in 1992.  Dr. Minett continued his education at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received his doctorate in chiropractic in 1997.  After chiropractic school, Dr. Minett relocated to south Florida.  He worked as an associate doctor at a high volume injury focused chiropractic center, where he eventually became clinic director, not only over seeing all patient care but staff management as well.  It was here that Dr. Minett was able to gain knowledge of caring for individuals injured from car accidents and sprain/strains from all sports.

Dr. Minett decided to take his experience and knowledge and build on it by starting Total Health & Rehab Center . At Total Health & Rehab Center, Dr. Minett not only treats back and neck related injuries, he focuses on spinal correction.  "It is not just about relieving pain, but actually restoring the spine to a normal state so it is impossible for the pain to return."

Dr. Minett dedicates himself to correcting spinal misalignments.  He regularly attends seminars on all the latest technology in all related health specialties.  He stays updated on all chiropractic techniques including spinal correction, Biophysics, Activator Instrument, gentle chiropractic, Thompson Drop, Gonstead, Pediatric techinques, and traditional Diversified techniques.

Dr. Minett has a strong love of people.  He is compationate and shows a true concern for all his patients needs from those injured in a car accident to children who are sick with a cold.

In his spare time Dr. Minett enjoys reading, to constantly stimulate his mind, he also loves fishing, football, and staying physically fit by going to the gym four days a week.  Most importantly he enjoys educating people about chiropractic and then watching them lead a better life because of their new commitment to their health.

Dr. Jamie Burford-Minett

Dr. Jamie Burford-Minett is origanally from Westchester County, New York.  She received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany in 1992 and continued her graduate studies at Life University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she received her doctorate of chiropractic in 1997.  Upon completion of chiropractic school, Dr. Burford relocated to Palm Beach, Florida.  She was an associate doctor at a family based chiropractic center, where she gained her strong philosophy of family care for all ages from geriatrics to pediatrics.  It was after meeting her husband Dr. Michael Minett that the two decided to join their experience and philosophies to form Total Health & Rehab Center.

At Total Health & Rehab Center both doctors utilize their expertise to allow for "Total Health Care" from motor vehicle accidents and sports injuries to childhood infections and illnesses.

Dr. Burford regularly attends continuing education seminars regarding pediatric care and well being.  She is proficient in a number of chiropratic techniques including activator methods, Thompson drop, full spine deversified, sacral occipital technique, rehabilation and correction of improper spinal curvatures.

Dr. Burford has a strong love of children and caring for not only an individual but an entire family.  In her spare time she loves to weight train and partake in aerobic activity to stay physically fit.  She also enjoys cooking and educating others about the benefits of chiropractic care. Today, Dr. Burford spends most her time caring for her own family and working administratively behind the scenes.

Dr. Conrad David Winiarski is native of South Florida. His first experience with chiropractic, as a drug free approach to healing, was after a severe auto injury during his undergraduate education.   He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale in 2007. Dr. Winiarski continued his education at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he received his Doctorate in Chiropractic in 2010.

Dr. Winiarski also utilizes a whole person approach by combining Chiropractic adjustments with manual therapy and exercises of the corresponding soft tissue and related musculature to reduce inflammation and pain and allow the body to stabilize and strengthen the injured area to prevent future re-injuries.
As a Chiropractic Physician here at Total Health & Rehab center, Dr. Winiarski is committed to promoting the health and well-being of his patients by staying on the cutting edge of chiropractic science, technology and research.

Dr. Winiarski recently became certified in Whiplash Biomechanics and Traumatology from the Spine Research Institute of San Diego. Graduates of this program have received the most in-depth, science-based training available today.
